Oriental Mini Beef Skewers

1 pound round steak
Marinade:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 garlic minced
1 teaspoon grated gingerroot (or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger)
1 green onion chopped
2 teaspoon sesame seeds
48 bamboo skewers 4 inch in length (soak in water 10 minutes)
Instructions
Slice steak diagonally across grain into 1/8 inch thick strips.
Marinade:
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well. Place beef strips in shallow dish resealable freezer nag. Pour marinade over beef. Stir or turn to coat. Cover or seal. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight, stirring or turning several times. Remove beef. Discard marinade.
Thread beef strips, accordion-style into skewers. Broil for about 2 minutes per side until desired doneness.
