Hot Cheese Rounds

  3/4 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp butter
1 cuo grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1 tsp worcerstershire sauce
1 tsp beef bouillon powder
1/3 cup water
1/8 tsp paprika
  Instructions
  Fry ground beef,salt,cayenne pepper in a non-stivk frying pan until beef is no longer pink. Drain well. Cool slightly.
Combine flour and baking powder in large bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Add cheese,green onion,and beef mixture. Stir.
Combine worcestershire sauce, bouillon powder and boiling water in small cup.
Add beef mixture. Mix well, Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Press balls down with fork. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 400F oven foe 12 minutes until bottoms are slightly browned. Remove from baking sheet. Cool to room temperature.
