GRILLED SALMON FILLET

1 lb. salmon fillet
8 oz. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
Instructions
Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper. Brush fillet with mixture and grill approximately 7 minutes. Turn to skin side and cook approximately 10 minutes.
