Brandy Pepper Sauce

  1 tablespoon coarsley ground whole mixed peppercorns
1 tablespoon finley chopped shallots (or green onion)
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup Brandy
3/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup whipping cream
  Instructions
  Saute peppercorn and shallots in butter and olive oil in non-stick frying pan until shallots are soft.
Add Brandy and broth. Bring to a boil. Boil, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half.
Stir in whipping cream. Bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes.
