1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon whorcestershire sauce
1/2 ground ginger
1/2 salt
1/8 pepper
1 pound lean flank (1/4 inch thick)
Instructions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
Place beef strips in shallow dish pour marinade over beef. Stir or turn to coat. Cover or seal. Marinate in refrigerator for 6 to 12 houes, turning several times. Remove beef. Discard marinade. place wire rack on baking sheet.
Arrange beef strips in single layer on rack. Bake in175F over for about 8 hours until beef is dried. Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freeze for long-term storage.
